This role would suit a  chef with two/three years  senior experience in a similar environment who is looking for a good work /life balance.

The hours are daytime offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea only.  

About you:

Experience as a cafe/ head chef within a busy  quality fresh food environment 

 Calm & methodical working approach – self motivated, team spirited, and the desire to part of an established local business

Reliable, creative , hard working & genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role

An understanding of current food trends served in deli bars and cafes is required, as is a passion for creating seasonal, nutritional and innovative salad and dishes.
Strong time management and organizational skills are crucial for this role. 

Share of tips, pension, no evenings, rotation of weekend dates, wonderful team and environment. 

Kitchen has been refurbished in 2020. 

4-5 days week can be flexible

£35-40K annual salary.
