The current size of the kitchen is 9 spread across two sites
Prepare breakfast/brunch and lunchtime menus.
Head up the kitchen, develop menu, place orders, stock management, H&S, control waste and support the front of house team.
The kitchen is small but well equipped so strong organization is key
Ideally you will have experience in a comparable background with brunch experience preferred, if not a quality restaurant or cafe.

You will have great awareness of food trends/brunch style and seasonal produce.
The shift patterns are weekdays 7 a.m - 2 p.m /9 am - 4 pm - weekends 8am - 4 pm 5 days per week

basic 35- 40 plus tronc 5/6 k per year -package of 40/45 k p/a
£40- 45 k package - plus review if considered for managing the two sites.
