Our client is looking for a 'hands-on' Head Chef for a busy and informal brunch restaurant based in London's trendy East-end, taking inspiration from the Australian brunch scene.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Experience of running a kitchen
  • A "hands-on" attitude - spending time on the pass and helping the junior chefs
  • Experience of working within tight margins/budgets
Salary & Benefits:

£38 - 40k per annum
