About
This neighbourhood pub & restaurant located in a beautifully restored grade II listed building in Camden, committed to building a highly respected restaurant around a talented chef
Vacancy Reference:
HC6119
Location:
London
The Company:

The operation is owned and operated by a renown established theatre company. In 2022 they will be opening two new sites in the Camden area combining hospitality and theatre. The format of menu which we are building great reviews for, includes a seasonal menu, changing four times a year, accompanied by a specials board which changes daily, depending on what's currently available. Provenance is incredibly important to us, and knowing where our produce comes from lies at the heart of the quality of the food that we are putting out. We want a head chef who shares this ethos with us. The wine list has been built up around artisanal and low intervention wines. Not all of our wines are natural, but we have a heavy focus towards exciting producers who are doing things differently, and in our eyes are creating the best new wines.
