Proven demis /chef de partie experience gained within a Restaurant of 2 to 3 Rosette/Michelin * standard restaurant delivering high quality dining
Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill
Genuine Passion to Cook with ability to deliver in pressured Kitchen operation
Able to run a section in a fast paced environment
Great attitude and team worker and drive and ambition
Ability to motivate & train team members effectively
Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation
