Open from early until late (6 day operation) – market driven menus offer inspired, rustic Mediterranean Brasserie & Charcuterie style dishes reflecting the seasons with a commitment to sourcing top ingredients from small farm producers & artisan suppliers both in the UK & the Continent (Spain & Italy) – covers range from 150 to 250 plus per day. NB Closed on Sundays & Bank / Public Holidays|
Working closely with the Head chef on site....responsibilities include:
With proven sous Chef experience gained within award winning / quality Restaurant to a 2 Rosette standard , you will have excellent all round skills with a creative approach to menu planning and a real passion to cook and progress within a quality dining operation
