Our client  is in the process of recruiting a General manager  to open this fabulous  central Brighton  operation ( currently being refurbished  to a high spec ) . An ambitious General Manager with at least 2  years’ experience managing a busy volume  restaurant with a twist.

·Take a proactive hands-on approach and have experience in new openings

·A proven track record of running a modern, lively venue  concept 

Team recruitment, training & development

 You will responsible for managing budgeted GPs and 5* Food Hygiene and H&S ratings, and implementing SOPs

·Excellent command of written & spoken English.

·Experience of building, motivating and developing teams 

Excellent hosting skills and experience within private members clubs and evenings with niche events
