Dynamic foodie required with excellent floor presence in contemporary modern food led operation.
You will be responsible for leading a professional and dedicated floor staff, to deliver the very highest levels of service.
You will play an integral part in team training and development and assist with other responsibilities, including menu training, stock control, rotas, financial management and business marketing
Hands on smooth running of service, friendly customer facing,
Excellent customer service & food and wine knowledge.
Previous experience of working in a high end, busy restaurant environment at management level.
Min. 24 months as an Assistant Manager or restaurant manager looking for a new challenge within a quality operation, you should have experience within a comparable business
Passion for wine and food essential
Good all round skill set – you will be very customer service focused and have real ability to deliver on the floor
You will have experience in busy, fast paced establishments and good experience of training staff and setting standards
Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role
