|This exciting established coffee store/brunch brand concept with multiple sites offering a premium coffee and all day dining experience (also has an alcohol license) is set within contemporary and artistic surroundings. The site also caters for multiple on site functions and events for an average of 200 pax once or twice per week (Events are generally Monday to Friday) and on rare occasions the events will cater for up to 500 pax. The food offering for events will mainly consist of bowl food, canapes and buffets The outlet offers both eat in and take away with the focus on healthy and nutritious eating.|
The position will also be customer facing role so a personable communicator is also essential for this role as well as a positive attitude.
Training and Development role across the sites
The ability to deliver on large scale events/logisticsMust be a natural leaderMenu development , Maintaining consistency of food throughout the groups outletsMaintaining a healthy, fun and productive working environment with a high staff moralMust be a natural born trainer Responsible for the completion of all necessary administrative dutiesSupplier negotiation - Menu development and tastingsRecruitment, training and development of your teamStrong on Due Diligence, you will also be fully up to date on current Health safety Hygiene Legislation
Able to produce training and SOP working manuals
Commercially and Financially Sound, with excellent business acumen
Exec head chef experience with a background in events and the ability to deliver fast paced premium brunch led offering
Must maintain professionalism under pressure
Excellent communication and organisational skillsWill have a strong personality and a passion for delivering great food.
