Smooth daily running of the Kitchen
Training and motivation of your team
Implementing health and safety , food hygiene practices
Maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen at all times
Working with friendly and creative team.
2 /3 days off per week - good work life balance
Ability to commit to a role and demonstrate a steady work background
Will have at least 2 years experience as a senior sous chef /head chef in a high end minimum 2 rosette/Michelin * standard operation
