Bar area, Room service breakfast and afternoon tea is served The ideal candidate will need to be a proven Head Chef financially astute, a great man manager, team player running a brigade of 5 chefs plus kps|
This position is ideal for a Strong and experienced Head chef who has worked in a high end 4 or 5* Hotel environment with rosette experience and is now looking for a long term possibly smaller independent hotel with an excellent longstanding reputation. The ideal candidate must have excellent man management skills, calm under pressure and able to work in an established hotel structure
