The Company:
What we need is a true leader of the back of house team taking responsibility for standards of performance and Compliance and working closely with the site GM to improve revenue and manage costs. Hours of work – 48 hrs per week manages team rota and shifts dependant on activity and team.
Vacancy Description:

Daily Smooth Running of the Kitchen 

Menu Planning – costing & recipe specification

Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control

Kitchen Rotas, Recruitment, Team Training & Development, Personnel Files,

Due Diligence: Food Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

About you:

Proven Head Chef experience gained within quality volume brand restaurant /brassiere operation 

The ability to work in a fast paced volume based service  in  a circa 2 million revenue operation per year 

Must  have consistent work experience and be looking for a long term role Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill Genuine Passion to Cook Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role

Salary & Benefits:
£35 - 42,800 p/annum
