|Vacancy Title:||Head production chef with pastry & main kitchen knowledge|
|The operation currently run a successful events business, the restaurant arm of the business will specialise in quality British pies and pastries with indoor seating and a take out aspect.|
Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the new opening, capacity of 50 capacity plus take out/events
Maintaining a healthy, fun and productive working environment with a high staff moral
Responsible for the completion of all necessary administrative duties
Recruitment, training and development of your team
Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be fully up to date on current health, safety & hygiene legislation.
Previous chef background in premium comparable bakery/pastry orientated production or event /operations essential
Must have a stable working history with excellent check able references
Must maintain professionalism under pressure
Will have a calm professional demeanour and a passion for delivering great product.
