Proven HR Manager experience gained within restaurant/group operation

For this exciting opportunity  my client is  looking for an experienced  HR Manager who can build a scalable HR infrastructure that will ensure highly effective people management and workforce development processes in place and fully operational. The infrastructure will incorporate all the usual HR processes but must also include top quality training, monitoring and assessment programmes for employees across all levels and in all roles in the business.

You will have generalist responsibilities for all HR-related activities across the business; ranging from HR Operations and training to employee relations and performance management. You will work pro-actively in partnership with the senior management team in order to help them deliver business results; by contributing to strategy discussions & decision-making from a people perspective. You will be responsible for helping to develop an Operational HR strategy that aligns with ambitious growth plans for the  business  inspiring a high performance and collaborative culture across the Company

About you:

Key attributes requires

·         ·Organisational skills and the ability to set up and implement new HR systems and structures

·         ·Sound knowledge of U.K Employment Law

·         ·HR infrastructure development expertise

·         ·Change Management

·         ·Organisational development skills

·         ·CIPD Qualified or equivalent

·         ·HR Systems experience

·         ·Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry /Training background

Salary & Benefits:
£30-38K per annum
