Daily Running of the Kitchen – Leading a brigade of Kitchen Assistants
Mise en Place & Service – High Volume Covers with Focus on Standards, Quality & Consistency
Stock Control: Purchasing, Invoices, Weekly Stock Counting & Figure Reporting (GP/Budget), Wastage Control
Rotas, Recruitment, Training & Development, Reviews & Disciplinary Procedures
Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Schedules
5 days per week
Meals on Duty
Closed on Saturdays and Friday evenings
The Ideal Candidate will have proven Kitchen Management experience gained working within Quality, Fast Paced/Mediterrrean style restaurant / delis environments ( Kosher experience an advantage)
Naturally organized with the ability to multi-task, you will be able to lead a team and work well under pressure, enjoying a busy Kitchen environment and team training.
Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be up to date on current Hygiene, HACCP , H&S Legislation.
