The successful candidate will:
You will have experience working with fresh food creating seasonal menus and daily specials within a busy comparable environement.
Must be an all round strong head chef, even tempered, able to manage a team and all aspects of running a successful food led pub restaurant kitchen
Good controls on stock and food wastage. Maintaining GPs, and the ability to run a clean and organized kitchen, maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards.

|£30,000 per annum - £45/48k per annum package|
