Contracted to work 48/50 hours over 5 days ( 7 Shifts) within a well equipped Kitchen, Benefits include a Well Structured & Professional Working Environment, working with a reputable chef

Experience as a sous chef within quality pastry operations, you will have a strong knowledge of patisserie brasserie, cakes, afternoon teas, petit fours and you will have the creativity to input your ideas with full support from the head chef
Customer facing and approachable
Excellent skill set (menu knowledge, technical, organization, time management, communication, logistics ) & strong attention to detail
Calm & methodical working approach – self motivated, team spirited, and the desire to part of a growing modern and cutting edge business.
