Vacancy Description:

Supporting the Executive Head & Senior  Chefs in all areas of Kitchen Management, Responsibilities include:

Submitting Menu Ideas (changing every 2 months)

Assisting with Leadership of 22 Chef Brigade – High Volume Covers

Stock Control: Ordering, Stock Counting, Wastage Control,

Team Training & Development

Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

Contracted to work 48 hours over 5 days ( 7 Shifts) within a well equipped Kitchen, Benefits include a Well Structured & Professional Working Environment, with one of Londons leading Chefs

About you:

Proven Sous Chef experience gained within a Restaurant of 2 to 3 Rosette standard delivering high volume covers

Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill

Genuine Passion to Cook with ability to deliver in pressured Kitchen operation

Ability to motivate & train team members effectively

Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation

Salary & Benefits:
package of 35-37k per annum
