This role would ideally suit someone who has reached the point in their career where quality of life is important:

The shifts run from 7:00am to 15:30pm and weekly cooking lessons.
You would work 5 days per week, on average 40 – 45 hours (on a 40 hour contract).
Weekends and bank holidays will be part of your shift. -

Our client would like to recruit an existing Sous-Chef who is passionate about PRODUCING health food, including vegetarian and vegan dishes and has strong chef & kitchen management skills, can help to develop a team of chefs & show they can produce fantastic food.
You will be educated in the cooking methods, but bring in all your knowledge and passion for health and diet.
Working in partnership with Marketing will be needed to positively inspire Customers /Patients by demonstrating your full passion for health(-food). Basic language skills in German would be of advantage. You will be part of a team of 6, serving a 50 cover special health restaurant, and will have to develop dishes and menus in close collaboration with the main chef and the medical doctors. - You will only have of the best all organic produce the Alpine/Adriatic region has to offer right on your doorstep, a truly stunning area for natural local produce. Although the owners take a huge amount of pride in their business and always have done, they are true believer in allowing the talent of the team to shine through – Dishes will have to be invented in collaboration with the doctors . Yet –they allow you to deliver the goods in YOUR way. Salary and benefits The salary is in the region of 40 000,-€ per annum before taxes, excellent for the region, but remuneration is less important than finding the right person for the job.
