Vacancy Description:

  • Responsible for supporting the head chef and running the kitchen in his absence 
  • Good work life balance of 48 hours - friendly team 
  • Quality seafood operation
  • Working in a brigade of 7
  • Busy well reviewed central London operation 
  •  Responsibilities include:
     Assisting with Leadership of  Brigade –  Stock Control: Ordering, Stock Counting, Wastage Control, Team Training & Development Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters Contracted to work 48 hours over 5 days ( 7 Shifts) within a well equipped Kitchen, Benefits include a Well Structured & Professional Working Environment,

About you:

  • At least 2 years as a sous chef in a busy  gastro or fast paced restaurant/ brasserie environment ( experience of seafood an advantage) 
  • Excellent levels of English required
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Proven experience with cooking in a busy fast paced environment 
  • Very good organisational and management skills
  • Must have good culinary skills
  • Reliable , good attitude and team worker
Salary & Benefits:
£40 - £ 45 k per annum
