From breakfast to all-day dining the dishes are simple but incredibly tasty, all served within a relaxed and welcoming bistro/brasserie-style environment.

Role Details:

A strong Sous Chef is required to support the Head Chef in:

- Specifying and delegating duties of kitchen staff

-  Developing dishes and menus

- Taking responsibility for the cost effective ordering of all supplies relevant to the efficient running of the kitchen

- Liaising with front of house staff and ensuring that effective communication is achieved between them and kitchen staff

Salary & Benefits:

£40-45k per annum
