Role Details:

Offering excellent daytime hours and the opportunity for training and career development this role would suit a candidate with previous pastry production or hotel/pastry shop experience.

The focus is currently mainly on eclairs but the brand is developing this year with numerous  exciting projects - an exciting time to join this growing brand.

The role will be working within a small, friendly team within an new, bright and well equipped kitchen space

Shifts are mainly 8am-5pm - no overtime - 45 hours per week with 2 consecutive day off 

29 days of holiday

Salary & Benefits:

£38k per annum - Daytimes only
