About you 

You’ll work with the general manager to run the café, hire, train and develop the team, plan events, and take charge of everything when the General Manager is away. 

You will have already worked as an assistant manager/senior supervisor in a busy site for at least 18 months, and we’re keen for you to share & implement what you have learnt.

- Very high standards when it comes to customer service.

- You inspire people and know how to get a team working well together

- Comfortable running shifts and leading the team to get on with all the daily/weekly tasks 

- You’ve got the basics covered: quality drinks (strong barista experience essential), comfortable with systems, health & safety, stock control 

5 days per week 40 hours - daytimes only - cafe closes at 5p.m
