This local modern cafe located in Hammersmith has quickly gained an impressive reputation for delivering great food, seasonal British with an Italian twist. Due to the popularity of the operation, the owners are looking to expand and now have an exciting opportunity for a chef to be part of their friendly and supportive team.
This role would suit a creative chef who loves to cook and thrives in a busy kitchen environment but also wants to achieve a work life balance
The hours are daytime 7.30 am - 3.30 pm or 8- 4p.m, you will also have one in every three weekends off.
The team is close knit and has a great working atmosphere.
Everything is made fresh in house to include all pastries, so if you have some pastry experience also, this would be an added advantage.
About you:
Experience as a chef de partie or sous chef within a busy quality fresh food environment
Calm & methodical working approach – self motivated, team spirited, and the desire to part of a growing modern and cutting edge business.
Reliable, creative , hard working & genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role
32- 38 k p/a dependent on experience
