The Company:
As we expand we are looking for someone to fill in the position of EXECUTIVE CHEF. Currently producing 20,000 units per week overseeing a brigade of 10 Store expansion in Singapore and the USA Previous background in premium comparable bakery operations essential as we continue to expand Hands on pastry product experience to include pastels de natas, deluxe pastries with cream and custard fillings ( must have relevant experience working with these specific products)
Role Details:
- Responsible for overseeing multiple sites and producing large quantities of pastries from the main production kitchen to accommodate our expansion
- Training and Development role across the sites
- Must be a natural leader
- Maintaining consistency of food throughout the groups outlets
- Maintaining a healthy, fun and productive working environment with a high staff moral
- Must be a natural born trainer
- Responsible for the completion of all necessary administrative duties
- Supplier negotiation - Menu development and tastings
- Recruitment, training and development of your team
- Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be fully up to date on current Health safety Hygiene Legislation
About You
- Will have proven history as an Pastry production chef overseeing quality bakery volume production supplying multiple outlets
- Must have a stable working history with excellent checkable references
- Must maintain professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Will have a strong personality and a passion for delivering great product
- Commercially and Financially Sound, with excellent business acumen
Salary & Benefits:
£40 - 50k per annum
