Role Description
Due to an expansion and restructure of the company, this is an exciting new role creation and will be a full-time on-site role as a Senior Event Manager. 

As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution. This includes client consultations, budget management, vendor coordination, logistical planning, and on-site management of events. You will collaborate with our team of talented chefs and mixologists to create unique menu options and beverage selections. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will ensure that every event is executed flawlessly and exceeds client expectations.

• Previous luxury Event planning with noted companies is essential for this role as is event management experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of the luxury event industry
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
A positive and charming attitude 

About you

You will have held a senior position elsewhere in a reputable high end event catering company and be able to plan for and execute a  sit down dinner for 60 by themselves

Able to problem solve, unflappable with a genuine love for high end event planning. 

Salary – 40 - 43k + bonus and overtime. 
Size of Team - 24
Working Schedule: 10am – 18.00pm

Event Overtime rate - £20 – All event overtime paid outside of office hours. Office overtime paid after 20.00.
Office hours – 10am – 18.00
Private Health insurance
28 days + bank holidays 
£40 Travel allowance 
£20 phone allowance or work phone
10% of Company profits shared between the staff annually
Profit percentage bonus scheme

Salary & Benefits:

£40 - K43 p/a plus bonus + overtime
