About you:
Proven Experience as a General Manager in a food led gastro pub with the focus on seasonality and sustainability - passion for food , service and exceeding customer expectations- Busy Sunday lunch trade
As the General Manager you will need to be an excellent communicator, with a strong AM and supportive team you will lead by example with particular focus on delivering on customer expectations, organization, time management, communication and logistics & strong attention to detail, training and development of staff.
Calm & methodical working approach – self motivated, team spirited, and the desire to part of a growing modern and cutting edge business.
Reliable, hard working & genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role
You will have the ability to build on existing business levels with the scope to further push the evening dinner service
This role will suit a candidate who is looking to stay and grow with the company - longevity in previous roles is essential for this role.
Salary based on 48 hours per week - 2 days off -
55 package - basic 40k + 15k service
