Role Details:
Key Requirements:
- Previous Head Chef experience in a comparable fine dining, seasonal kitchen
- Strong understanding of modern Scottish and British cuisine
- Passion for hyper-local, sustainable sourcing
- Calm, professional leadership style; able to manage and inspire a small team
- Solid kitchen management skills – rota planning, compliance, ordering, budgeting
- Looking for a long-term move to a remote, lifestyle-oriented location
- Moderate lifestyle preferred
