As the head chef you will be responsible for the Restaurant and banqueting - we do events such as weddings/ dinners/ private dining and have done food tasting evenings as well.
Restaurant is mid range with a focus on Sunday Lunch, afternoon teas - we are pushing for more covers at lunch and dinner
It is a modern, recently furbished new kitchen, with a separate prep kitchen on site.
On average weekends we do 80-100’covers a day which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner
Mid week is generally quieter- perhaps 40-69 covers
Screening process- interview and asked to cook for the owners
Salary bracket- 40-50k for the right candidate with enough experience to command this.
Additional benefits- tips, bonus scheme , 10% off for friends and family. We don’t tend to do split shifts
