The ideal candidate must:
- Have previous experience as a Sous chef /Head Chef
- Have great cooking ability particularly focused on freshly prepared classic British pub restaurant cuisine /own menu input
- Have proven experience managing a team with a hands-on, approachable leadership style
- Be a great communicator
- Have excellent kitchen management skills – from an HR, hygiene and financial perspective
- Have enthusiasm for menu creation and a passion for high quality, seasonal produce
- The drive to improve the current food revenue
