Premium restaurant located in central London specializing in Italian/Mediterranean cuisine
• Min 3- 5 years’ experience as a Head chef working within a quality London restaurant and experienced in cooking / preparing fish with Italian/Mediterranean flavours
Consistent display of leadership skills including communication, inspiration and leading by example.
Must be passionate about food and have outstanding food knowledge and ability to demonstrate natural flair with a good pallet – basically you must love food and cooking! • Must have an eye for detail • Good all-round knowledge of cooking fish and seafood, various cooking techniques and production processes
• Excellent people and communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate excellent consistency in your roles as this role is a long term proposition .
Working with the support of the owner to continually improve on the food offering and develop the menu with classic favourites such as lobster brunch
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Have a vision for excellence and methodically look for opportunities to improve what we do daily
