The existing restaurant is highly successfully with a high profile clientele base. The calibre of the chef will be key in this operation and will be rewarded accordingly, both financially and receiving recognition in promoting your culinary profile. Responsible for the supervision and management/training of your team.
Full menu creativity, working with premium suppliers
Adhering to health and safety and correct food safety regimes
Will be highly organized
Good IT /costing and administration skills are essential
The successful candidate will be a creative and inspired dynamic head chef looking for the next step in a premium exclusive dining operation, you will have experience in leading acclaimed restaurant operations, essential to have a Michelin * or 2 rosette background in London or internationally. You will have a stable work history, a flexible mindset with a dynamic and can do attitude.
Will have great people skills and present well ( open kitchen) and be able to interact with ease with the guests.
Highly creative and imaginative with fresh and seasonal ingredients
Will be an instinctively strong leader with the ability to motivate, train and develop your staff
Will ideally have experience in a similar high end tasting operation.
Will be technically very capable
Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work
