Role Details:


We want our bakery to be the best in London and you will be a key part of this journey. Working alongside Michelin starred Chef, we are looking for a passionate and capable candidate  to head our Patisserie and our Viennoiserie teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the section and be part of a team
  • Production planning and execution 
  • Bake cakes and pastries 
  • Confident with mixing, scaling and baking
  • Using commercial machinery & hand shaping doughs
  • Reliable in following procedures and recipes in bulk
  • Inspect baked goods to ensure they are of the highest quality
  • Work safely and to a high standard of health & hygiene

Hours & Shifts: 

  • We offer flexible working - shifts or hours - across the day and week
  • Full time is 45 hours per week - 5 shifts of 9 hours each
  • Permanent contract 

About You 

  • You will have a passion for good food and quality produce and take pride in your work
  • You will have at least 2 years experience working within a commercial bakery or kitchen
  • You will enjoy working as part of a team and have a willingness to learn and develop
Salary & Benefits:

£40,000 salaried full time
