Role Details:


The Role 

Working with a personable foodie head chef in a friendly and supportive kitchen, all fresh and from scratch a perfect learning environment for an enthusiastic hands on chef


.Responsibilities include:

Hands on cooking,

Contributing to Menu Development specials 

Stock Control, Daily Kitchen Ordering, Supplier Liaison, Deliveries & Invoices, Wastage Control

Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

About you

You will have experience working in a comparable fresh food all day dining brunch /lunch operation.

Good all round skill set with ability to work well within a small team, and on your own initiative. Up to date on current Hygiene Legislation & genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role.


Salary - A very competitive salary offer of 

No late closes - generally finish by 9.30pm 

Salary & Benefits:

£38- 40 k per annum based on 45 hours p/w
