Role Details:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a good work-life balance with a 40-hour week (5 shifts over 7 days) within a small and friendly team environment.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A good attitude and a passion for food
- Ambition and willingness to learn
- A background working with Cafe/brasserie style freshly cooked seasonal food offering
- The ability to move about the kitchen - from pastry to sauce to grill
- The confidence to work unsupervised including organizing own prep
