Role Details:
A competent and personable head chef who is able to deliver a Menu - to include a wide range of seasonal British and continental food, including many gastro classics.
Dining 75 covers over two levels and outside area

About you
The successful candidate will:
- Must have previous experience in a fresh food gastro style quality driven environment
- Good consistency in your CV
- Have a passion for, and knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Demonstrate prowess in their craft
- Demonstrate instinctive leadership skills
- Have a natural creative flair
- Be flexible, professional and calm in their approach

Salary & Benefits:
£40 k plus accommodation
