The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of cooking in a fresh foodie pub restaurant with the focus on seasonal, simple and flavorsome dishes using the best local produce.
Excellent kitchen management skills – from an HR, hygiene and financial perspective
Enthusiasm for menu creation and a passion for delivering high quality food offering
Front of House Role
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience of working in a quality bar & pub dining area, great customer service skills
A hands-on attitude with plenty of enthusiasm for the role and a desire to move the business forward
Good leadership and communication skills
The site is set in a stunning rural Devon location and is surrounded by picturesque beaches and beautiful countryside.
The trade is currently quite seasonal and the owner is therefore looking to promote the food offering by reinvestment in the kitchen and chef
