About you
Premium restaurant management/events experience preferred and also some retail experience and a passion and knowledge for seasonal, organics food and wine.
You will be ( working closely with the kitchen ) and overseeing the small cafe and event space
You will need to be a real people person, service driven, attention to detail with passion and ideas
Passion and knowledge for food and its origins, sustainability, excellent with logistics/delivery in the quality food to go market.
Comparable premium brand/cafe /restaurant and retail experience
Strong all-round skill set – man management, leadership, organization, communication, attention to detail
Familiar with Lightspeed POS
Ability to manage & motivate a team, ensuring high standards of product quality & service
Business acumen – finance control, target driven / sales driven, forecasting
