Our client is looking for a creative, hands-on operations manager who is ready to take the next step in their career journey for an exciting Aussie style all day dining concept.

The Company:

The business has been established for over 10 years and attracts a strong local following and currently has four sites located in London. The role would suit a creative and entrepreneurial operations manager who can assist with the fine tuning of the business, a natural leader who can gain the respect of the team and lead from the front.

Role Details:

This role is idea for a candidate  that is looking to work for a close knit, family style run restaurant group, you will be reporting  directly to the Director.

Must haves:

·         Previous experience in a single or multiple site/reputable brand as General Manager role

·         Great communication skills with the ability to motivate and drive successful teams

·         Have a love for food

·         Ability to work autonomously, self driven.

Ideally suited to a candidate who is looking for a new challenge with the innate ability to run the business as their own implementing the SOPs and being the trusted face that the staff can turn to. 

Experience of working in Australia also preferred

Reporting Directly to Owner.

Work / life balance is important and the successful applicant will be able to develop their own schedule.

Experience working in an Antipodean all day dining environment would certainly be a bonus, but we are really looking for someone that can hit the ground running and bring some new life back into our team.

 Your salary will be £60-70 k basic  p.a. with a £20k bonus upon deliverables being met, paid monthly.
