Expanding Friendly Independently owned company - London-based, B Corp accredited caterers with an impressive client base currently seeking a supportive sous chef with a focus on training
Role Details:
Passionate about providing healthy, sustainable, and delicious food. Our client work with seasonal British produce to reduce their carbon footprint and deliver award-winning catering services for contracts and events.
Role Requirements: • Must be customer-facing and comfortable working behind the scenes in a busy kitchen.
Personable presentable and customer facing with a good mixture of chef experience to include quality restaurant, contract catering or event catering. Being able to cook fresh from scratch is a must.
Able to lead and direct a team and support with implementation of new systems and processes, also be diplomatic and a people person working directly with senior management team.
• Genuine interest in healthy food and sustainability. • Professional chef training with excellent references. Training experience
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Salary & Benefits: 42- 46 k per annum Work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM, with occasional early mornings. • No regular weekend work, but a Sunday rota for Monday preparation (5 hours one Sunday every four weeks).(Time and a half)
