The role would be paid on a percentage basis, dependant on the level of vacancy filled, and offers the opportunity to earn very well.
The expectation would be for you to bring a network of clients to the business, you would need to feel confident to source your own vacancies and attract a high calibre of candidates with the use of the businesses’ resources.
A breakdown of the role:
· Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
· Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancy
· Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants, assessing skill set and suitability for specific roles over the phone/video calls and interviewing/registering them.
· Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your client needs
· Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relation-ships
