Restaurant Managers will be progressively trained and expected to gain proficiency in all three Pillars of Excellence: People, Product, and Place.

About You
Proven Management experience gained within quality / premium casual London/UK comparable dining concept, where the focus is 100 % based on the customer experience
A genuine love of hospitality, Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation Skills & Excellent Attention to Detail
Customer Service / Hospitality / Service Standards Orientated/
Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively

The salary in AUD will be circa 77,000 which in UK Sterling is equivalent to circa 40 k per annum plus a relocation cost
