The menu features classic dishes using fresh produce and seasonal ingredients alongside an extensive wine offering and cocktail menu.
Role Details:
A strong Sous Chef is required to support the Head Chef in:
- Specifying and delegating duties of kitchen staff
- Developing dishes and menus
- Liaising with front of house staff and ensuring that effective communication is achieved between them and kitchen staff
Salary & Benefits:
£40-45k per annum
