Celebrating the cuisines of Eastern and Central Europe this beautiful brasserie is just a stone’s throw from the museums and shopping of South Kensington and Knightsbridge. The menu features classic dishes using fresh produce and seasonal ingredients alongside an extensive wine offering and cocktail menu.

Role Details:

A strong Sous Chef is required to support the Head Chef in:

- Specifying and delegating duties of kitchen staff

-  Developing dishes and menus

- Liaising with front of house staff and ensuring that effective communication is achieved between them and kitchen staff

Salary & Benefits:

£40-45k per annum
